- When you’re done with all the asparagus, put them on a sheet pan and in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.

- Add the eggs.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- If you like spinach, add it now.

- Salmon fish fillet
- Softened butter
- Garlic powder

- Grease a baking dish and put the fish fillet in it.

- After some stirring, add the spinach.
- When done, add the sliced fresh bell pepper to complete the dish.
5. Dinner Idea: Fried Chicken Breasts
Chicken is always a good idea. It’s done quickly and if you get just a bit imaginative, you can come up with a million different recipes.
Ingredients:
- Chicken breasts
- Butter
- Salt
- Curry spice mix
- Garlic powder
- Brussels sprouts
Prep:
- Slice up the chicken breasts.
- Heat some butter in a pan and add the small pieces of chicken.
- Add the salt and curry spice.
- Fry the chicken until it’s brown and crispy.
